ECHO is a conceptual AI-powered support experience developed with vibe coding as the capstone project for an immersive Master of UX Design for AI course. It explores how intelligent systems can deliver contextual, personalized assistance by interpreting user behavior, intent, and product usage in real time.

The project focuses on designing AI interactions that are transparent, trustworthy, and human-centered, balancing automation with user control.
